We announce the death of Frances M. Rawley of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 13, 2026, at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Grugan and Frank Grugan; her husband Douglas Rawley; and her brother Jimmy Grugan. She is survived by: her children, Kristin (Doug), Wayne (Michelle), Jeanette (Paul), Elizabeth (Adam) and Charlene (Kirk); and her siblings, Marie, Theresa, Charles and John. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
