We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2023, at the age of 78, Sylvia Rose Kozak (Upper Darby, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Stefanowicz and Mary Ann Stefanowicz (Czachur); and her children, Michael Kozak, Barbara Kozak and Richelle Metzger.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah Ann Maguire (Mark) of Exeter, Michelle Syms of Plains and Wayne Kozak of Ashley; and her siblings, Frank, John Stefanowicz, Barbara Zirnhelt and Regina Beamesderfer. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
