She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stefanowicz and Mary Ann Stefanowicz (Czachur); and her children, Michael Kozak, Barbara Kozak and Richelle Metzger.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Ann Maguire (Mark) of Exeter, Michelle Syms of Plains and Wayne Kozak of Ashley; and her siblings, Frank, John Stefanowicz, Barbara Zirnhelt and Regina Beamesderfer. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
