He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamont L. Slack and Erma B. Slack. He is survived by: his wife Janice Slack; his children, Terry, Brenda and Carl (Veronica); his granddaughter Carley (Chris); his great grandchild Amelia Janice; and his stepgranddaughter Bernadette Bowler.
In lieu of flowers, Carl's family ask that donations be made in his memory to the Building and Renovation Campaign at Thompson Memorial, 1680 Aquetong Rd, New Hope PA 18938.
