In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Barbara leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Barbara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband John D. Hughes of Upper Providence, PA; her parents, Henry A. Schell, Jr. and Mary Schell (Cank); and her brother Henry A. Schell, III. She is survived by: her siblings, Jane (late Harry Robbins) and Fred (Ruthann Schell). She is also survived by Aunt Barb was a second mother and grandmother to her many loving nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (502 S Main St, Spring City, PA 19460). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at the St. Ann Cemetery (305 W Pothouse Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460).
