With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred F. Koestner of Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 5, 2026 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Koestner (Marn) and Karl Koestner. He is survived by: his wife Irene Koestner; his children, Christopher Koestner (Sarah), Jennifer Brackin (Andrew) and Melissa Smith (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Colin, Cason Brackin, Joselyn and Jillian Smith.
