She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her son Jack, Jr. (Donna); her parents, Dan Sullivan and Claire Sullivan; and her brothers, Wynn and Dan.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Carma) of Mt. Lebanon, Randy (Mary) of Springfield, VA, Carolyn Whitford (Ted) of Pine Twp and Diane Martin (Walter) of Upper St; her grandchildren, Christie (Jon), Kerry (Tyler), Laura (Ryan), Julie (Mike), Karl (Cat), Carly, Casey, Corinne, Clay, Anna (Julia) of Matthew, TJ, Emma, Tommy, Jack, Sarah, Sean (Paige) and Danny; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Eliza, William, Annabelle, Isabelle, Emma, Scarlett, Ella, Mia, Julia, Clay (Paige), Eva and Emme.
