We are sad to announce that, on November 24, 2025, at the age of 82, Frances M. Quinlan of Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Healy and Frances Healy; her husband Robert "Bob" Quinlan; and her sister Carol Travers. She is survived by: her children, Monique Galvin, Elaine DuVall (Vance) and Robert Quinlan (Karen); and her grandchildren, Sammi, Seamus Galvin, Ashley Quinlan and Harry DuVall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Louise de Marillac Church, 320 McMurray Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
