James C. Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2025, at the age of 82, James C. Carter of Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Carter and Helen Carter; and his brother John A. Carter. He is survived by: his wife Judith Carter; his sons, James J. Carter (Heather) and Jeffrey D. Carter; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Jake, Jordan, Jetta and Jenna; and his siblings, Donald L. Carter, Dr. William E. Carter and Dale M. Carter.
