John Thomas O'Rourke Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2025, at the age of 87, John Thomas O'Rourke of Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Anita O'Rourke (Bova); his grandson Max Blechman; and his sisters, Dorothy Guzik and Margaret "Peggy" McCarty. He is survived by: his children, Kelly A. Arcieri (Rocco), Erin O. Blechman (William) and Sean T. O'Rourke (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Sam Blechman (Julia), Michael, Matthew (Sara), Mia Arcieri, Nicholas, Julia and Meghan O'Rourke; and his sisters, Patricia Baldwin (Tom) and Barbara Botti (Bill).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Freyvogel-Slater Funeral Directors (112 Fort Couch Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection Parish (126 Fort Couch Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241).
