It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie C. (Maninger) Bjerklie of Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Bjerklie; her son John J. E. (Poogy); her grandchild Weber John Bjerklie; her sibling Carrol "Cappy" Maninger; and her parents, Earl Maninger and Mabel Maninger.
She is survived by: her children, David M. (Cindy), Kirsten A. Fitzgerald (Paul) and Ellen Bjerklie Hanna (Scott); her grandchildren, Isaac Bjerklie, Conor Fitzgerald and Brian Fitzgerald; her great grandchildren, Wren and Ewan Fitzgerald; her stepgrandchildren, Danielle McMahon (Patrick), Lydia and Ian McMahon; and her siblings, Retta Thompson, Loren Maninger, Earlene Beale, Dale Maninger and Phyllis Barrett. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (2040 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241).
