She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Polachek, Jr.; her daughter Pamela Koch (Eric); and her parents, William C. Young and Madeline Young. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Egeland (Robert), Jennifer LaRosa (Mark) and Rebecca Wanovich (Stephen); her grandchildren, Kevin Egeland, Jaclyn Sittnick, Nicole Jack, Karl Egeland, Kirk Egeland, Anthony LaRosa and William Wanovich; and her sister Judy McAdoo. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
