He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Kelly and Ruth I. Kelly (Lord); and his brother Dr. Robert W. Kelly, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dolly (Caldwell); his children, Jason R. Kelly of Cincinnati, Lieutenant Colonel Matthew C. Kelly (Heather Walters), Fayetteville of North Carolina and Dr. Diana Raub (Phil); his grandchildren, Charles, Cooper, Jackson, Ben and Katie; and his cousins, Janet Lord of Creighton and Karen Goff of West Virginia. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews.
