He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Murphy (Rebecca), Sean E. Murphy (Hengameh) and Rachel M. Landau (Jeff); his grandchildren, Dawn Hardman (Murphy), Joseph M. Murphy, Layla Murphy, Arman Murphy, Jacob Landau, Zachary Landau and Jeremiah Landau; his great grandchildren, Neal, Lee and Paul Hardman; and his sister Mary Burke of Newport.
