He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kermes and Katherine Kermes; and his siblings, Constantine J. Kermes, Anna Argyros Doulgeris, Irene Kelly and Helen Meraklis.
He is survived by: his wife Bettina Siciliano Kermes; his children, Stephanie Lynn Hoover and John William Kermes (Charles Gunheim); his stepchildren, Thomas D. Halligan Sr. (Tina) and Stacy L. Lucas; and his grandchildren, T. J. Halligan, Sara Lucas, Olivia Hoover and Lauren Lucas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neely Funeral Home (2208 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
