He is survived by: his brother Michael Lewis of Valencia; his aunts, Janie Mackin of Pittsburgh and Peg Harding of Gibsonia; and his cousins, Cindy Kouvaras of Penn Hills, Kathleen Mackin of Pittsburgh and Robby Mackin of Pittsburgh.
