With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John F. Riesmeyer of Valencia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Riesmeyer and Regina Murray Riesmeyer; and his siblings, Charles, Fred, Daniel Riesmeyer and Geraldine Albert.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Nichols Riesmeyer; his children, John W. Riesmeyer (Sharon) of Mt. Lebanon and Kimberly Kerber (James) of Olmstead Twp; his grandchildren, Amanda, Abigail, Andrew, Annaliese Riesmeyer, Sara and Leah Kerber; and his siblings, Michael Riesmeyer (Carol) of Carlisle, Richard Riesmeyer (Lisa) and Phoebe Riesmeyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
