She is survived by : her husband Drew; her sons, Rick Anzelone, Dan Anzelone (Ashley) and Tim Anzelone (Nicole); her stepdaughters, Alicia Johnson (Jeremy) and Leeann Kuchta (Jaren); her grandchildren, Ava, Mary Charlotte Anzelone, Chester, Natalie Kuchta and Dolores Johnson; and her siblings, Tom Sherman, Sill Batykefer (Chuck) and Kathy Curtis.
