He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward M. Bartlett and Edith Lawther Bartlett; his wife Betty Jo Bartlett; and his brothers, Sam and Robert.

He is survived by : his children, Eugene R. Bartlett (Peggy), Beverly Stilts (Mark), Jeffery Bartlett and Tom Bartlett (Christie); his brother Howard Bartlett (Judy); and his grandchildren, Brandy Wright (James), Donald Yeany III (Jamie), Chris Stilts (Amber), Mickaila Racke (Joe), Morgan Bartlett, Jamie Bartlett, Matt Bartlett (Melanie) and Jon Barlett. He is also survived by his ten great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ray's honor directly to the family to help offset funeral costs.
