She was predeceased by : her father Delroy E. Dick. She is survived by : her mother Lois Jean Dick (Forsythe); her husband Jon Shank; her sons, Brett Shank (Denise) of Zelienople, PA and Ryan Shank (Caroline) of Waxhaw, NC.; and her grandchildren, Derek, Connor, Kyle (Michaela), Melanie (Rayne) and Katherine.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, P.O. Box 127, Bakerstown, PA 15007.
