He was predeceased by: his parents, James M McClean and Dorothy Williams McClean; and his siblings, Dorothy Scaife, Patricia Basta, Margaret Pale and James McClean.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Simmons McClean; his children, Kelly A. Ripoli (Matthew), Allison McClean, Marjorie E. (Wayne) and Thomas J. McClean (Janet); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, John, Bronwyn and E. Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Peter and Elinor.
