He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Fraser and Mary Jane Murphy Fraser; and his sister Linda Rinehimer. He is survived by: his significant other Jeannette Engel; his sisters, Irene Fraser of Md, Alice Fraser-Kemp (Ed) of Pa and Sally Bobnar of Pa; and his nephews, Kevin Rinehimer and Eric Rinehimer (family: Tanya McGrady, Fraser Byrne, Michael Rothenberg, Tara Kemp, Kasey McCutcheon).
Family has suggested memorial donations be made to the Evans City-Harmony VFW Post #499, 408 North Washington St. Evans City PA 16033.
