He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Y. Jackson and Mary North Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Vail Watson Jackson; his children, Anne Sleggs (Mark) and Jim Jackson (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Daniel Jackson (Meghan), Sam Jackson, Sarah Jackson, Elizabeth Marshaus and Mary Vail Marshaus; his great grandchild Lainy Rose Jackson; and his brother Charles G. Jackson. He is also survived by four nephews and three nieces.
In lieu of flowers in memory of Bill and in honor of his grandchildren donations may be made to Westminster College, Grove City College or to the Chautauqua Institution-Wm.
