She is survived by : her spouse Thomas Kuczawa; her children, Gregory (Pamela) of Oswego, NY, Richard (Donna) of Lewisburg, Judy of Ashland and Todd (Chris Nickelson) of Pittsburgh; her granddaughter Sarah Mumper (Kyle) of Muncy; her children, Wesley Kuczawa (Heather Laudenslager) of Mt. Joy, Charles Kuczawa (Diane) of Webster, NY and Ashley Kuczawa of Oswego, NY; and her great grandchild Bailey Mae Mumper of Muncy.
