Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Strickler and Lorraine Strickler (Jordan). She is survived by: her husband John W. Cottom; her son John W. Cottom Jr. (Denise) of Vanderbilt; her granddaughter Lauren Hussar (Denny) of Belle Vernon; her siblings, Linda Burke (Brian), Star Weimer, Tom Strickler (Donna), Wade Strickler (Liz) and Maurice "Buddy" Strickler; and her sister-in-law Brenda Soverns. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
