He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Watts and Dorothy Blake Watts; his wife Barbara Jean Norris Watts; his siblings, Fred Watts and Kathy Rawe; and his son-in-law Les Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Helbig (Ron), Tracy Goggin (Jason) and Mark Watts (Nikki); his stepchildren, David Berry (Terry), Susan Dunn (Craig), Michele Wells, Alan Berry (Carrie) and Michael Berry (Laurene); and his sister Denise Voskamp (Mark).
