He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Sweda, and Mary Burncheck Sweda, Jr.; his sisters, Mary Ann Yekel and Barbara Sterle; and his brothers-in-law, John Yekel and Ronald Sterle.
He is survived by: his siblings, Emilie Kaucheck (Thomas) of Seven Hills, OH, John Sweda (Kristan Lucas) of Granite Bay, CA and Karen Muzika (Ted) of Uniontown; his siblings' children, John, Richard (Judy), Michele Yekel, Chad (Diana), Shannon Sterle, Thomas (Helena), Kevin Kaucheck (Carla), Teddy (Torrie Smith), Adam (Keaton) and Nate Muzika (Alisa Connelly); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Autumn, Brayden Sterle, Shane Kaucheck, Mary Ellen, Cole Kaucheck, Xander Muzika, Benjamin and Harrison Muzika; and his friends, Missy and Matt.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home (603 N Gallatin Ave Ext, Uniontown, PA 15401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
