He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Montali, Sr. and Mary Montali (Stefanini); and his wife Sylvia J. Montali (Amaranto). He is survived by: his children, Andrea Montali of Allegheny Township, David Montali (Cathy) of Charleston, WV and Michael Montali (Kelli) of Pelham, AL; and his sister Deborah Hollem (David) of Little River, SC..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Andy's name to a charity of one's choice in his memory.
