She was predeceased by: her parents, Czeslaw Brzozowski (Chester) and Victoria Zbieranowski Brzozowski; her husband Raymond Ludwiczak; her son Mark Ludwiczak (Lefty); her grandchildren, Amanda Ludwiczak and Matthew Ludwiczak; and her great grandchild Sophia Ludwiczak.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Kiehl (Chuck) of Washington Township and Jeffrey Ludwiczak of North Apollo; her grandchildren, Shannon Walstrom (Adam), Justin Kiehl (Amy Karafinski), Lexi Kiehl (Shane Roberts), Samantha Ludwiczak, Jillian Call (Phil), Bryant Ludwiczak (Tayler) and Logan Ludwiczak; and her brother Francis Brzozowski (Donna) of Saxonburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
