With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John V. Matarrese of Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brady-Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (429 Franklin Ave, Vandergrift, PA 15690). A prayer will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church (303 Franklin Ave, Vandergrift, PA 15690). The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (104 Melwood Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068).
