She is survived by: her mother Diane F. Carner (Wright) of Vandergrift; her sons, Evan and Robert Finnegan; her husband Dan Finnegan of Westmoreland County; her stepfather Charles R. Carner of East Vandergrift; her sister Adrian Kelley; her aunts and uncles, Denise Anselmino, Theresa Madigan, Edie McCloskey, Dan Dorsch and Rick McCloskey; and her grandparents, Bob, Janet Dorsch and Harold Wright. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Monica's name to the American Cancer Society – Brain Cancer Foundation.
