He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Guyer Sr. and Shirley M. Guyer Markham (Custer); his stepmother Pauline Hollenbaugh Guyer; and his brothers, John M. Guyer and Donald E. Guyer Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Guyer (Silliman); his children, Christopher B. Guyer of Vandergrift, Nicholas W. Guyer (Rebecca) of Aliquippa, Steven P. Wright of New Kensington, Matthew E. Guyer of Vandergrift and Anna M. Guyer of Vandergrift; his grandchildren, Ahran J. Guyer, Gabriella M. Guyer, Braxton B. Guyer and Hayden Wright; his former wife Lisa M. Daughtery Wright (Travis Hughes) of Arnold; his siblings, Debra E. Keltz (Richard) of East Vandergrift, Ronald L. Guyer, Michael L. Guyer of Mississippi and James W. Guyer (Pamela) of Apollo; his sister-in-law Debra S. Guyer (Erhart) of Texas; his aunts, Florence O. Vukovick and Tomi Ann E. Boots; and his uncle Frank L. Guyer. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews (and their spouses); 13 great nieces and nephews.
