Robert Cribbs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2025, at the age of 85, Robert Cribbs of Vandergrift, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cribbs and Mildred Williams Cribbs. He is survived by: his close friend Bobbi Garner of Vandergrift; his daughters, Kim Zelonka (Mike) of North Apollo, Robin Arooji (David) of Piedmont, SC and Cindy Wheeler (Dan) of Huntersville, NC; his stepchildren, Michelle Cominos (George Galo) of Apollo and Jeff Cominos (Joelene) of Apollo; his grandchildren, Jake Thurman (Heather), Jeff Zelonka (Leanne), Josh Zelonka (Lexa), Jesse Zelonka, Shane Tanner, Nicole Arooji, Chris Wheeler, Brenna Wheeler, Courtney Klingensmith (Clint), Donovan Berry, Kaleb Mulkey and Brinley Cominos; his sisters, Barb Riggle of Vandergrift and Sandy Lafferty (Wayne) of Maryland; and his former wife Judy Rumbaugh of Spring Church. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was a past member of the Make A Wish Foundation, the Apollo Lions Club, the Apollo #2 VFD and a past Apollo Councilman.
