With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Smith of Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 8, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, William is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Goldie Johnson Smith; his wife Anna Mae Smith; his sons, Curtis W. Smith and Randy A. "Fruitpie" Smith; and his sister Ruthalee Dimming.
He is survived by: his children, Richard A. Smith (Dawn) of Allegheny Township, William A. Smith of Vandergrift, Mark A. "Flash" Smith of Vandergrift and Malissa A. Smith of Vandergrift; and his brother Willie Brown (June) of Apollo. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren, Twenty-one great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
