She was predeceased by: her husband Robert T. Edwards; her parents, Joseph F. O'Connor and Catherine O'Connor (Dvorscak); her niece Kathleen O'Connor Boelhouwer; and her brother Joseph O'Connor.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Christine O'Connor Surendra and George; and her sister-in-law Doris.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howell Family Funeral Home (269 Belmont St, Waymart, PA 18472). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Clinton Center Cemetery (1000 Belmont Turnpike, Waymart, PA 18472).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Maureen's memory to Dessin Animal Shelter, 138 Miller Drive, Honesdale, PA 18431.
