We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2022, at the age of 103, Ellen Mae Harrison of Vanport, Pennsylvania, born in Beaver, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Heideger and Gertrude Myers Heideger; her husband John A. Harrison; her siblings, Arthur Heideger, Virginia Hamilton and Betty Bunish; her son-in-law Daniel Clements; and her great grandchild Jacob Dimock.
She is survived by: her children, John "Jack" Harrison (Darlene) of Pittsburgh, PA, Robert Harrison (Mary Ann) of Tampa, FL, Susan Clements of Hopewell, PA and Janet Elaine Atkinson of Vanport, PA; and her grandchildren, Lorraine Ciccarelli (Mark), Daniel Clements, Courtney Harrison, Denise Clements, Chad Harrison (Aimee), Melissa Hernandez (Gary), Carrie Dimock (Chad), Michael Scott Atkinson (Tina) and Benjamin Atkinson.
In addition to flowers, Memorial contributions may be made in Ellen's name to the Vanport Fire Department, 435 Jefferson Street, Beaver, PA 15009.
