She was predeceased by: her parents, Senator James E. Ross and Dorothy J. Ross (Moravec); her brothers, James Ross Jr. (Kathy) and Kevin Ross; and her brother-in-law Frederick Zmitrovich.
She is survived by: her daughters, Megan Farrelly, Brooke Farrelly (Michael) and Trisha Van Winkle (Sean); her grandchildren, Madelyn Cataldo, Skylar Van Winkle, Saxon Van Winkle and Ella D'Alessandris; her great grandchildren, Zaiden, Valarie and Frank Jr.; and her sisters, Judith Deelo (Michael), Deborah Cisneros (Adrian), Rebecca Fischer (Mark), Helen Estep (Randy), Bernadette Zmitrovich, Dorothy Ross and Barbara Bovalino (Frank). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jan's name to the American Red Cross by donated platelets or the Beaver County Democratic Committee, 426 Adams St., Rochester, PA 15074.
