He was predeceased by: his mother Wrilda Mae Winton; and his brothers, Edgar and David. He is survived by: his significant other Janis Deyber; his father Hubert Vernon; his siblings, Jerry, Douglas and Gina; his children, Lori (Ron Tedford), Doug Winton and Jeanne Winton; and his grandchildren, Tristan Tedford and Noelle Dugan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the American Legion Post #580 (600 Pennsylvania Ave, Monaca, PA 15061).
