Mattocks Rutter of Venango; his wife Connie Sue Rutter of Venango; his children, Kendra Lee McDonald (Joshua) of Meadville, Ryan Edward Paul Rutter (Leigh-Anna Fichetola) of Venango and Alicia Griffin (Tyler) of Linesville; his niece Samantha Snyder; and his nephew Liam. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; sister.
