She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Charles Smith and Mildred Sorger Smith; her daughter Sherry Lynn Woodward Shokry; her son-in-law Usama Shokry; and her brother Earl Smith.

She is survived by: her husband Walter Woodward of Venango; her son Stephen Woodward (Terri) of Meadville; her granddaughters, Kylie and Kendyl Woodward; and her siblings, Frederic Smith (Barbara) of Florida, Carl Smith (Donna) of Edinboro, Jean Black (Richard) of Meadville, Geraldine Reichel (Jim) of Saegertown, Donald Smith of Venango, Mildred Douglas (Wilfred) of Meadville, Mary Brown (Ronald) of Cambridge Springs and Stanley Smith (Irene) of McKean. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
