She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Delbert C. Smith and Dr. Mary Jordan Smith. She is survived by: her husband Terry; her sons, Tyler (Kristin) of Ohio Township, PA and Zachary (Jennifer) of Bridgeville, PA; her grandchildren, Nolan, Oliver (Tyler), Amelia and Jordan (Zachary); and her sisters, Barbara Smith of Fairmont and Susan Grider of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel (207 2nd St, Rivesville, WV 26588). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests mourners make a donation to the charity of their choice.
