She is survived by: her husband Terry; her sons, Tyler (Kristin) of Ohio Township, PA and Zachary (Jennifer) of Bridgeville, PA; her grandchildren, Nolan, Oliver (Tyler), Amelia and Jordan (Zachary); and her sisters, Barbara Smith of Fairmont and Susan Grider of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
