She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hoffman and Ethel Amsler Hoffman; her husband Richard Jagielski; her siblings, Barbara Kennedy, Shirley Confer, William Hoffman, Randy LaCaze, Rex LaCaze, Leonard Hoffman (Verna) and Henry Hoffman; and her brother-in-law Don Griebel.
She is survived by: her children, Candy Menz (Dave) of New Jersey, Cindy Lucas of Venus, Kevin Hughes of Clarion and Zane Grace (Jamie) of Venus; her grandchildren, Kevin Hughes Jr., Richie Menz, Kory Hughes, Korinne Hughes, Christian Lucas, Robert Lee Clinard, Kollin Hughes and Zoe Grace; her siblings, Robert Hoffman (Sandy) of Florida and Linda Griebel of Kansas; her sisters-in-law, Marie Hoffman of Oil City and Becky Hoffman of Fryburg; and her niece Valrea Hoffman. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
