He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Flockerzi and Geraldine Sharrar Flockerzi; and his siblings, Jean Suter (Roger), Gary Flockerzi and David Flockerzi (Sheila).

He is survived by: his family Mopars; his son Joshua Flockerzi (Maggie Ochs); his grandchildren, Nicole, Dawson, Devin Flockerzi and Lalie Ochs of Lucinda; his siblings, Mary Kay McFadden (Garry Wilson) of Oil City, Cheryl Ann Delp of Venus and Bruce Flockerzi (Sue) of Oil City; and his sister-in-law Sarah Flockerzi of Oil City.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be given in the name of Gerald "Nip" Flockerzi to a charity of one's choice.
