She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Myers and Martha Jane Myers (Daily); her stepfather Raymond Lauer; and her brothers, William "Bill" Myers and Gary "Bud" Myers.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lee Slater; her children, Missy Riley (Tommy), Andy Slater (April) and Sean Slater (Callie); her granddaughter Katelin Riley (Travis); her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Jett; and her siblings, Mary K Serafin (Tim Dale), Harold "Ham" Myers and Georgia Ellis (Melvin).
