He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma McNeil and William McNeil; his children, Dawna McNeil and Charles McNeil, Jr.; his siblings, William McNeil, Jr. and Peggy Southworth; and his wife Rose Ann.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise McNeil Tarasi; and his stepson Carl Jeffreys (Tracey).
