She was predeceased by: her parents, Nikolaos Kouknas and Aggeliki Kouknas (Psalikoura); her sibling Apostolos Kouknas; and her sibling's child Kostantinos Karakatsanis (Venus). She is survived by: her husband Paraskevas (Perry); her daughters, Smaro (William), Angela (Ryan) and Yiayia; her grandchildren, Grammatiki, Paraskevas and Zacharias; her brother John Kouknas (Mari); and her sibling's children, Niko, Andreas Kouknas, Angela Schafer (Robert), Athina Mourselas (Dean), Vasili Karakatsanis (Dimitra), Smaro Karakatsani, Kostantinos Iatrou and Antella Marketaki (Sifis).
