He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mizerak and Bertha Mizerak; and his siblings, Catherine Harvey (late Don) and Jim Mizerak (Sally). He is survived by: his wife Doreen Gilboy; his sons, Scott Mizerak (Amy) and Adam Mizerak (Shelby); his siblings, Andrew Mizerak (late Jean), Barbara Rossi (late Charles) and Frances Busovicki (Frank); and his grandchildren, Kyalie, Chase, Laney and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the R. D. Copeland Inc. (981 Broadhead Road, Moon Township, PA 15108). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (1 Parish Place, Moon Township, PA 15108).
