It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy England of Verona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Margie Coulter, (Grady) and Frank Coulter, Sr.; her husband Norm England; her child Sandy Stonebrook (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Matthew (Samantha), Ashley and Colleen; her great grandchildren, Paxton, Sylvie and Bishop; her brother Frank Coulter, Jr.; her sibling's children, Jeffrey Coulter (Carilynn) and Wendy Reese (John); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe Coulter and Zoey Reese.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cremation and Alternative Services, Inc. (421 Allegheny Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
