She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Margie Coulter, (Grady) and Frank Coulter, Sr.; her husband Norm England; her child Sandy Stonebrook (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Matthew (Samantha), Ashley and Colleen; her great grandchildren, Paxton, Sylvie and Bishop; her brother Frank Coulter, Jr.; her sibling's children, Jeffrey Coulter (Carilynn) and Wendy Reese (John); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe Coulter and Zoey Reese.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cremation and Alternative Services, Inc. (421 Allegheny Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
