He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dale Dessell and Inge O'Brien; his wife Roseann M. Dessell (Condon); his children, Thomas Dessell, Jr., Brian Dessell (Gina) and Greg Dessell (Crystal); his grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, Antonio and Amelia Dessell; his siblings, Dale Dessell (Becky), Wayne Dessell, Brian Dessell, Michael Dessell (Cheryl) and Becky Golofski (John); and his children, Niagara Falls and Rose.

Blessing Service and interment will be private for the family. Masks and social distancing required, no more than 25 people in the funeral home at a time.
