He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter F. Lewandowski Sr. and Mildred Tarhi Lewandowski; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his siblings, Chester Lewandowski, James Lewandowski (Marge) and Joanne Hendrix (Steve); his wife Holly Lewandowski; and his son Patrick Lewandowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
