He is survived by: his children, Robert Sheesley (Lani) and Tara Bernat (Mick); his grandchildren, McKenzie Pascuzzi (Johnny), Mira Bernat and Mathias Bernat; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Bernat, Taylor Smith (Josh), Andrew Lydick and Eden Finger (Brittany); his siblings, Patricia Plucinski (Ron), Tom Sheesley, Cheryl Sheesley (Tommy Kuhar) and Perry Sheesley (Patricia); and his pet Bentley.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc. (1310 Shoemaker St, Nanty-Glo, PA 15943). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (1020 Caroline St, Nanty-Glo, PA 15943).
